Refund & Returns Policy

At Vitanavo, each piece is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Because many of our products are handcrafted, customers are encouraged to review product details, sizes, materials, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse after an order has been delivered.

Product Size, Color, and Appearance

Product sizes, materials, and descriptions are provided on each product page. Please review product dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and viewing conditions.

Differences caused by personal expectations, screen display settings, lighting, or minor color perception differences are not considered product defects.

Handcrafted Product Variations

Many Vita Navo products are handcrafted or carefully assembled by hand. Slight variations in color, shape, texture, size, arrangement, finish, and overall appearance may naturally occur.

Minor details such as slight marks, uneven handmade textures, small glue traces, natural flower shape differences, or small arrangement differences that do not affect normal display or use are considered part of the handcrafted character of the product.

These variations are not considered defects. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for minor handcrafted variations.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include clear photographs of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and any protective packaging materials. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.

Proof of damage may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.

After review, we may offer a replacement item or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item received.

After confirmation, we may offer a replacement item or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor handcrafted variations

• Color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or personal perception

• Size expectations inconsistent with the product dimensions listed on the product page

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Custom, personalized, or specially requested items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, or specially requested items are made or prepared according to the customer’s selected preferences. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer after shipment are generally not eligible for refund.

Any original shipping costs incurred may be deducted from any approved refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

Vita Navo is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier.

Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery location whenever possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when possible. Eligibility for replacement or refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Claims Process

To request assistance regarding a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is the result of our error.

Once a refund has been processed, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
