At Vita Navo, we take great care in preparing every order. Our handcrafted home décor pieces are carefully inspected and packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of increased demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Verification

To help prevent fraud and ensure order accuracy, certain orders may require additional verification before shipment.

Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Orders can only be placed and delivered to addresses located within the United States.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to most orders.

Orders with a subtotal of $39.99 or more before taxes and discounts qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, most orders arrive within approximately 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal shipping volume, and other external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers may use this tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. After an order enters processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers wishing to modify their shipping address should contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, address changes may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Vita Navo is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include carrier disruptions, weather conditions, seasonal shipping volume, or other unexpected events.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the item and its packaging.

After review, we may provide a replacement item or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances.

Handcrafted Product Variations

Many of our products are handcrafted or carefully assembled by hand. Slight differences in color, shape, texture, size, and overall appearance may naturally occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.

If tracking information shows a package as delivered, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier before contacting us.

Vita Navo is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders promptly upon arrival. Any shipping-related concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide faster assistance and support.
